CANCELLATION POLICY

​1) Cancelling/Rescheduling appointments: When cancelling or rescheduling, please text (540)556-4172 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $30 additional charge. Late cancellations may forfeit a prepaid session.

2) No show/missed appointments: $30 no show fee is added to your next session or you forfeit a prepaid session. 

3) Late arrival: If a client arrives late, the full price of the appointment will be charged. If the therapist is late, an appropriate discount will be deducted. Exceptions include gift certificates, prepaid sessions and emergencies.

4) Repeat Cancellations/No shows: We reserve the right to dismiss clients from care due to repeated late cancellations and missed appointments and will not be obligated to reschedule.

5) Social media messages will not substitute for direct contact through call or text message.

6) Illnesses/Complications: Life happens. Certain circumstances allow for leniency. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty.
